This event will take place at The Assemblage on 17 John Street, New York, NY

With the rise of the New Age, the concept of community is being revisited in the West. Many people are banding together to reclaim what indigenous cultures have always known: we are inherently tribal.

In partnership with the Heart & Mind Festival Annex, M.A.I.S.C. (Movement of the American Indian Solar Culture), NYC Chapter of the Universal Initiatic College, The Sacred Arts Research Foundation (S.A.R.F.), and The Assemblage, please join us for a Summer Solstice gathering to celebrate the relationship, traveling in consciousness from the I Am to the We Are, the Me to We. Featuring: Taino Elder Maestro Manuel Rufino, renowned Andean musician Tito La Rosa, meditation leader Nithya Shanti, and shamanic sound ensemble Dream Seed.

This event is a fundraiser that supports the education of aboriginal youth from indigenous communities in the Northwest Territories.

Our celebration is free to the public; all donations collected will be used for this cause.
